About Us
Who Are We?
Mission Possible Rick's Protocol is a charity in London, Ontario working towards raising funds to support Multiple Myeloma Research at the London Regional Cancer Program.
Our Story
In 2009 the Paiva family received devastating news that Rick was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. In late 2015, after several years of donating and helping the Multiple Myeloma community in other ways Rick was running out of treatment options for this horrible disease. In hopes of helping not only Rick but other's with Multiple Myeloma, Rick's family had the idea to start doing a fundraiser to raise money and awareness for Multiple Myeloma.
In February of 2016 Mission Possible Rick’s Protocol began with its first annual fundraiser. After our 4th Annual Fundraiser in 2019, we decided to expand outwards to try to do more to hopefully help improve the quality of life and the number of treatment options for Multiple Myeloma patients until we can find a cure by raising more awareness and funds for this disease. We plan to continue with our annual fundraiser and expand to have more exciting events in the near future.
To date Mission Possible Rick's Protocol has raised approximately $25,000 for Multiple Myeloma Research at London Regional Cancer Program. The research dollars have helped provide new treatment options and longer life expectancies for people being newly diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma.

We believe in supporting the fighters, admiring the survivors, honoring the taken and never giving up our faith & hope!
